BJP wins Ahmedabad’s Bapunagar by-poll, retains the seat (Video)

BJP candidate has been victorious in Ahmedabad’s Bapunagar civic by-poll with margin of 1919 votes. The party has thus retained this seat. The seat was vacant after BJP’s Councillor resigned from his post as he got a job of engine driver in Indian Railways. Congress had employed full strength to win the election, but the result is in favor of BJP. By-poll for 32 local body seats across Gujarat completed peacefully on Sunday, counting for which is going on at present.
