Gujarat CM to inaugurate new Collector office in Bharuch

Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel is scheduled to dedicate the new collector’s office to the people of Bharuch district, which has been constructed at a cost of Rs 10 crore, on October 16.
She will also launch several public welfare programmes in Bharuch according to Bharuch District collector Avantika Singh.
Patel would inaugurate the renovated building of Pandit Omkarnath Thakur Kala Bhavan which has been renovated at a cost of Rs 4.5 crore.
Aiming to beautify the city of Bharuch, the Chief Minister would launch a ‘Clean Bharuch, Green Bharuch’ programme.
Aiming to make disaster management plans more effective and comprehensive, a weather forecast website would be launched by the CM, which would furnish flood-related information and warn citizens well in advance. Chief Minister will also dedicate state’s first automatic weather station here.
During the day, she would hold review meetings with officials on her projects like ‘Gateeshil Gujarat Phase-I Target 100 Days’.
