Two youths detained in Rae Bareli for alleged conversion attempt

Two persons have been detained in Lalganj area for allegedly luring people to convert for money, police said here today.
Balram and Pradeep were nabbed in Jagatpur Bhichkaura village by the local residents, who alleged that they were luring the people to convert to another religion, police said.
However, Lalganj Circle Officer Vijay Bahadur Singh said that the two youths went only to perform prayers and report of conversion was false.
