Sabarmati River Front Development Corporation Limited(SRFDCL) will build a state-of-the-art SRFDCL house near Patang hotel on western side of Sabarmati River Front over 1901 sq m plot.

The ground+6 floor + 3 floor in basement construction will take place at a cost of Rs 48.83 crore. The ground floor will be reserved for museum and exhibition purpose. It will also have refreshment/cafe facility.

First floor will have SRFDCL office. Third and fourth floors will also serve purpose of offices.

Three floor basement area will be available for car parking.

In total the building offer 16,712 sq m area across all floors.
