Gujarat bandh, highway blocked, ambulance stuck, daughter dead, father files complaint

Rickshaw driver Aiyub Patel(Citizen complex, Mohammadpura, Bharuch) has filed police complaint under IPC sections 283, 341, 304(A) alleging that highway blockage by a mob took life of his daughter Taslima(18) who was critical and on way to SSG hospital, Vadodara on August 26.
It should be mentioned that Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti(PASS) leader Hardik Patel had given bandh call on August 26.
In his complaint Aiyub Patel said his daughter had consumed poison on 26 August. She was taken to Civil hospital in Bharuch. As her situation was critical, she was referred to SSG hospital in Vadodara for further treatment. On the other hand Gujarat bandh call was given on August 26 following which highway was blocked in Varna in the afternoon, due to which the ambulance carrying his daughter couldn’t move. After traffic was cleared, the ambulance reached hospital and Taslima was given treatment, but she couldn’t survive.
Aiyubbhai has now filed police complaint in Varna police station against unidentified people in mob who blocked the highway.
