Garba in hospital ward: Health Minister orders probe

Health Minister Nitin Patel today ordered a probe in to the incident of nurses and other para medical staff doing Garba dance with music inside the government run hospital in Ahmedabad to celebrate opening of a new dialysis center.
Though there was no complain from patients, media was critical over this.
Talking to media persons here today Mr. Patel said that he has ordered an inquiry in to the incident.
Mr. Patel had himself inaugurated the new dialysis centre in the Sola Civil Hospital where soon after his visit, the hospital staff started playing Garba with music in celebration mood even though there were several old patients inside the ward which was decorated with balloons.
In video footage, patients were seen comfortably eating ice cream while this brief garba session was on during Navratri.
Garba is a popular traditional dance which is widely played during Navratri in Gujarat.
