Surat court denies further remand of Hardik, Ahmedabad police in Surat for his arrest

Surat court has rejected further four days remand of Hardik Patel sought by Surat police in sedition case. Surat police wanted to know the identity of particular persons with whom Hardik spoke through his sim cards. Surat police also wanted to know the details of some sim cards purchased by Hardik. However the court rejected further remand. Hardik was produced in Surat court today as his three days remand was over. In another development, Crime Branch of Ahmedabad police has filed plea for arrest of Hardik Patel in another sedition case filed in Ahmedabad through transfer warrant. Hardik’s three aides were earlier arrested in sedition case filed in Ahmedabad and sent on 7 days remand. Hardik is also one of the accused in the case filed in Ahmedabad. Crime Branch of Ahmedabad police wants to arrest him and seek remands by producing him in a court.
