Alpesh Thakor faces opposition during Congress meeting in North Gujarat, leaves it midway

Congress leader and Thakor Sena president Alpesh Thakor had to reportedly face opposition from local party leaders during a party meeting in Siddhpur town of Patan district in North Gujarat today.
Thakor, who was reportedly trying for a party ticket from any of his favourite seats in North Gujarat had during his visit to 3 talukas of Patan today participated in a meeting of the party in Siddhhpur.
During the meeting several local leaders and workers opposed him for his reported ambition to get the party ticket from Siddhpur assembly segment which earlier on was represented by Balwantsinh Rajput who had joined BJP in July this year.
Amid the opposition Alpesh first tried to control the situation but later suddenly left the meeting midway.
