Music app Wynk releases top 10 Gujarati songs downloaded on its platform in 2017

Ahmedabad: Wynk Music which is an over-the-top (OTT) music app owned by Airtel has come out with the list of 10 most popular(most downloaded/streamed) Gujarati songs of 2017.

Wynk app is carrier-agnostic and can be downloaded by any mobile user. The app has crossed the milestone of 75 million installation. The app has a collection of more than 3 million songs. 100% spike in Indian regional music streams drives growth as customers look for local content. 13% of the active user base now comes from rural markets and constitute 10% of overall daily streamers.
‘Shape of You’ song by Ed Shereen crossed 100 million streams to break all popularity records on Wynk Music.
