6,700 given jobs at Bharuch ITI job fair

Bharuch: As many as 9,000 unemployed youth participated in ITI Employment Fair organized at GNFC stadium in Bharuch on Wednesday. Of them 6,700 were confirmed for recruitment across 107 industrial units.
Minister of State in Centre, Santoshkumar said Gujarat has 287 ITI in which 50 are for women. Minister in the State government Dilip Thakor said the government is willing to ensure that 85% of total jobs in industries are given to local candidates with Gujarat domicile only.
