Kunvarji takes oath as minister hours after quitting Congress and joining BJP

Kunvarji Bavaliya was today administered oath as minister hours after his resignation from Congress and membership of Gujarat Assembly as member of Jasdan constituency and joining ruling BJP.
Governor O P Kohli administered him oath of office and secrecy in presence of Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, DyCM Nitin Patel in a ceremony in Rajbhavan here.
BJP state president Jeetu Vaghani, various ministers and other senior party leaders were also present on the occasion.
Stalwart Koli leader Bavaliya today gave a sudden and big jolt to Congress and quit the party to join BJP.
Soon after this, he was administered oath as a minister.
