Ahmedabad/Jamnagar:

Senior Congress leader and MLA from Khambhaliya Vikram Madam today said that he has lost a ‘good friend’ in the party due to Kunvarji Bavaliya’s quitting it.

He also said that it was not correct to say that Kunvarji’s leaving the party won’t have any impact on it.

Madam’s statement is also being seen as a sign of danger for main opposition Congress amid speculations of several other senior leaders and MLA’s also lined up to quit it and join the ruling BJP.

Madam himself was said to be among disgruntled party leaders during election of the LoP earlier this year.
