Jasdan by-polls and upcoming Lok Sabha elections: BJP announces important decisions

Gandhinagar: More than 300 full timers (vistaraks) will go to Lok Sabha seat areas in connection with upcoming Lok Sabha elections of 2019, said Gujarat BJP chief Jitu Vaghani to media persons at State party headquarters Kamalam here after meeting of vistaraks. The entire programme of vistaraks will be handled by state party vice president Bhargav Bhatt. Vistaraks will be active in Lok Sabha seat areas after Diwali and continue to work till Lok Sabha elections.
Vaghani said the party has decided to give charge of Jasdan assembly seat by-poll to Rajkot Lok Sabha MP Mohan Kundaria and Koli community leader Hirabhai Solanki. Along with them, Jayanti Kavadia, Kiritsinh Rana, Babu Jebalia, Govind patel, RC Makwana, Nitin Bhardwaj, Ramesh Mungra, Amoh Shah, Jayantibhai Dhol, Bharat Boghra, Prakash Soni, ministers Saurabh Patel and Jayesh Radadia will also have responsibility to ensure expected result for BJP in Jasdan by-poll.
Vaghani said these big leaders are going to work for district panchayat and taluka panchayat seat areas assigned to them. The party has done micro planning upto booth level.
Vaghani said get together functions of party will be held during 11-19 November across 33 districts and 8 municipal corporation areas.
In other development, Shraddha Jha who is famous as Bhabhiji through her TV shows on Sandesh TV and VTV Gujarati channels joined BJP in presence of state women’s morcha president Dr. Jyoti Pandya. Jha has done more than 500 shows in which she has spoken to 100s of women. Her Facebook live commentary on current topics are very popular.
Meanwhile, state leadership of party has started detailed brain storming on Lok Sabha seats. A meeting was scheduled to take place at Chief Minister’s residence today evening to discuss four Lok Sabha seats of Saurashtra region.
