20 per cent gap between vote share of BJP and Congress in 8-seat Gujarat by-polls

Gandhinagar: Ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has in 8-seat by-polls received as high as 55.1 per cent votes against 34.4 per cent vote share of Congress. A 20.8 percent gap between votes won by both parties is very huge by all means. Others have received 8.4 percent votes.
