VHP plans to reach all villages of Gujarat to collect contribution for Ayodhya temple construction

Ahmedabad: Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) cadres will visit all 18,556 villages in Gujarat from January 15 to collect funds from the people for the construction of the Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya, said Surendra Jain addressing the media here. He added that VHP has decided not to take donation for building the temple from the government or a few business persons.The temple has to be built through contribution of the entire nation. He also announced Surat based diamond businessman Govidbhai Dholakia’s appointment as Chairman of the committee that shall lead fund raising for Janmbhumi Mandir in Gujarat region.
