Tauktae moving at 7 kmph speed, 165 km away from Ahmedabad at 11.30 am; further weakens

Gandhinagar: Severe cyclonic storm Taktae has weakened into a cyclonic storm and lay centered at 1130 am about 165 km SouthWest of Ahmedabad, 80 km South of Surendranagar and 50 km East-NorthEast of Amreli. Its intensity at 11.30 am was 80-90 km per hour, gusting to 100 km per hour. It would move North-North Eastwards and weaken gradually into a deep depression during next 6 hours.
