Gandhinagar: Gujarat has reported 996 fresh cases of covid-19 infection against recovery of 3,004 covid patients and deaths of 15 in 24 hours ending at 5 pm today as per the State health department’s bulletin.

With this, covid19 case recovery rate has gone further up at 96.32 per cent. Active covid-19 cases in the State are now at around 20,000.

Count of fresh cases reported has gone further down in Ahmedabad city at 142 against recovery of 423. Vadodara city reported 132 fresh cases while Surat score was 81.

The State witnessed vaccination of over 2.63 lakh persons today. DeshGujarat
