How Disturbed Area Act was circumvented in Surat

Surat: In a case that has come to light, the Muslim builders illegally received confirmation for a project in Adajan area of the city by showing 10 % share of a Hindu under Disturbed area Act and later removed his name as stakeholder after getting the confirmation.
The Muslim builders of Rehan Heights Project in Adajan received confirmation of city Prant officer under Disturbed Area Act by showing 10 percent share of Hindu in an affidavit. The city Prant officer has cancelled the confirmation after the complaint by locals. The Disturbed Area Act is executed in the Adajan area. So, the confirmation of the city Prant officer is required to own the properties after producing documents. DeshGujarat
