PM Modi, Amit Shah to attend Cooperative Convention in Gujarat on May 28

Gandhinagar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the co-operative convention to be held at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar on May 28, 2022, on the same day when he is scheduled to visit Jasdan for another programme.
Apart from the prime minister, Union Minister for Co-operation, Amit Shah, is also expected to be present at the convention.
This convention will be attended by 7,500 elected representatives of all market yards, district co-operative banks, district and taluka unions, district milk production co-operative unions, and agricultural banks in the state.
The prime minister and the union minister for cooperatives will guide the elected representatives on how to ensure that the benefits of the various schemes offered by the cooperatives reach the ordinary people. Apart from this, they will also give a brief summary of the government’s work undertaken in the cooperative sector. They will also offer guidance on what more can be done for the farmers in the cooperative sector. DeshGujarat
