Gujarat CM to inaugurate monsoon festival in Saputara on 30th July

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will inaugurate the one-month long Monsoon Festival in Saputara on 30th July, informed Gujarat Tourism Managing Director Alok Kumar Pandey. Nestled in the Sahyadri range, at an altitude of about 1000 m, Saputara is the only hill station in Gujarat. It is part of the Dang district which is mostly populated by tribal.
The Monsoon Festival 2022 of Saputara is named ‘Megh Malhar’ festival this year. Gujarat Tourism MD Alok Kumar Pandey reviewed the development works and preparations for monsoon festival 2022 in Saputara. He also visited the Dandi memorial in Navsari after visiting Saputara. The festival will continue for one month in Saputara after its inauguration on 30th July. DeshGujarat
