Ekta Cruise Service at Statue of Unity on a pause as water level rises

Narmada: The administration has temporarily closed Ekta Cruise Service at Statue of Unity in Kevadiya for safety reasons due to increase in the water level at Sardar Sarovar.
The service has been closed prior to last week for safety reasons. The surface of water reported 124.39 meters in Sardar Sarovar. The side signals on the stand of Ekta Cruise have submerged in water due to increase in water level. The water level should be 28 to 30 meters for running the Ekta cruise. However, the water level is reported to be 32.80 meters.
