SOG finds 50 more packets of narcotics at Saurashtra coast

Junagadh: Special Operation Group (SOG) of Police has found 50 more packets of narcotics from Mangrol seashore in Saurashtra and 15 packets of marijuana from Madhavpur.
The packets of total 363 kgs charas are found from Mangrol, Porbandar and Veraval seashore and 36 kg marijuana from Madhavpur seashore within the last 3 days. The SOG has filed a complaint against unidentified persons at Porbandar and Somnath marine police stations.
Junagadh SOG had seized 39.50 kgs charas on Wednesday from Mangrol seashore. The police had seized 21 packets on 3rd August from the seashore between Madhavpur and Gorsar. The substance was found to be Hashish or marihuana after investigating with FSL kit. The police seized 21 packets of 23 kg 208 gram weight worth Rs 34,81,200 and filed a crime against unidentified persons. More 15 packets were found worth Rs 18 lakh from Madhavpur. DeshGujarat
