PM Narendrabhai Modi lays foundation stone for Umargam – Lakhpat coastal highway

Junagadh: Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi today laid foundation stone virtually from Junagadh for proposed Umargam – Lakhpat coastal highway project – phase one. Rs. 693 crore first phase will cover over 272 km route across 13 districts. Under the phase – 1 project, total 25 roads are to be expanded to 10 meter width. Total project cost is Rs 2440 crore for entire project, route of which is 741 km long across 15 districts, starting from Valsad in South Gujarat to Kutch in North. DeshGujarat
