Gandhinagar: The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a forecast of light to moderate rain across several places in Gujarat for the upcoming seven days, from July 14th to July 20th. However, a heavy rain warning has been issued for July 14th and July 18th.

On July 14th, heavy rains are expected at isolated places in the districts of Anand, Surat, Navsari, Valsad, Rajkot, Porbandar, Junagadh, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Gir Somnath, as well as in Diu, Daman, and Dadara Nagar Haveli.

On July 18th, heavy rains are likely to occur at isolated places in the districts of South Gujarat region, specifically Surat, Navsari, Valsad, and in Daman, Dadara Nagar Haveli.

As per the IMD bulletin, light to moderate rain is expected in a few places across the state from July 15th to July 17th. Following that, the rainfall activity is expected to increase, with many to most places in the state likely to receive light to moderate rain. DeshGujarat
