Likely scenario of rainfall in Gujarat until August 20th

Gandhinagar: Gujarat will experience only light to moderate rains in the upcoming five days period from 16th to 20th August. The predicted rainfall will be limited to a few districts only. Parts of Central and North Gujarat and Saurashtra will continue to witness dry weather. This has been stated in the latest forecast released by the Indian Meteorological Department.
On Wednesday, i.e., August 16th, Dang, Tapi, Navsari, Valsad, Porbandar, Junagadh, and Gir Somnath are likely to experience light to moderate rainfall.
However, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Surat, Vadodara, Mehsana, Patan, Kaira, Anand, Panch Mahal, Bhavnagar, Botad, Surendranagar, Amreli, Rajkot, Morbi, Jamnagar, Devbhoomi Dwarka, and all other districts are likely to witness dry weather.
On August 17th and 18th, only a few districts of South Gujarat are likely to experience light to moderate rain. These districts are Dang, Navsari, and Valsad. All other districts are likely to have dry weather for these two days.
On August 19th, Isolated places in districts namely Surat, Narmada, Tapi, Navsari, Dang, Valsad, Junagadh, and Gir Somnath are likely to experience light to moderate rainfall.
On August 20th, Surat, Narmada, Tapi, Navsari, Dang, Valsad, Junagadh, Porbandar, Amreli, and Gir Somnath are the only districts that may experience rainfall from light to a moderate extent.
