Engine, 4 coaches of Sabarmati – Agra Cantt train derail; None hurt or dead

Gandhinagar: 12548 Sabarmati – Agra Cantt Superfast Express train’s engine and four coaches derailed today at Madar station near Ajmer. None was hurt or dead in this incident. The train had originated from Sabarmati in Gujarat and was passing through Rajasthan on way to Agra.
The further journey of passengers affected by this incident was felicitated by Railways. The rail transportation affected on this line due to the incident. 6 trains were cancelled.
Prima facie reports suggest that Sabarmati-Agra Cantt Superfast Express collided with a goods train on rear side, resulting into derailment. The incident happened at around 1 am.
