Bopal: Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has sealed a luxurious PG for girls, fun zone – game zone and Mukta A-2 movie theater in TRP mall here for use contrary to the provisions mentioned in the Building Use (BU) permission.

A notice for ‘change of use’ was served on 26th March and sealing procedure was done on 28th March for phase-1, block-A TRP mall, fourth floor PG, fifth and sixth floor based game zone and theater under GPMC act section 478.

The owner Siddharth G Chaudhary of Riddhi Siddhi Infraspace LLP had obtained mix development and revised development permission from AUDA for shops on ground floor to fourth floor, shop plus restaurant on fifth floor and restaurant, gaming zone and stall on sixth floor.

Fire broke out in TRP mall early this week, and the game zone under the title of Skyjumper Trampoline park was gutted. People were evacuated from the theater and the PG hostel. None was hurt or dead in this incident of fire. DeshGujarat
