Shivrajpur Beach Water Sports Operators hold march to Collector Office

Dwarka: Over 100 affected persons from Shivrajpur today marched to the office of the district collector of Devbhumi Dwarka district demanding issuance of No Objection Certificate to run sea-side activities at Shivrajpur beach.
Harin Bhayani, one of the persons leading this march said that the water rides operators who operate various activities such as scuba diving, para sailing and more are not able to continue their activities for tourists due to lack of no objection certificate from the district administration.
He further said, that the operators are ready to follow all rules and they are approved by the National Institute of Water Sports, Goa. The operators said that large number of visitors have started arriving at Shivrajpur beach due to summer vacation in schools. The district administration should promptly complete the procedure and issue no objection certificate, so that water sports activities can resume and persons employed by operators can start earning.
