April 17, 2024
Surendranagar: The Dholi Dhaja Dam, spanning across the Bhogavo River, has overflowed after receiving water from the Narmada. As the largest dam in the Surendranagar district, it serves as a lifeline for several villages facing water scarcity during the scorching summer.
While numerous villages in Choltia, Wadhwan, and approximately 27 villages of Muli taluka grapple with water scarcity, the water that has entered the dam will assist locals in irrigation and their day-to-day needs. DeshGujarat
