Even railway platform not safe from vehicular accident! One dead in Surat

Surat: Even Railway station’s platform is not safe from vehicular accidents! A person on Friday died after he was crushed by a battery operated vehicle on Surat railway station’s platform number one.
An unidentified person was sleeping on the railway platform when a batter operated vehicle crushed him. A person who died was around 45 years old and was resting. A battery operated car is used on railway platform to help the senior citizens and handicapped persons. The car had some issue in its horn and a dedicated driver of this vehicle named Rahul was repairing it on platform number one. Another driver of agency, Arnu Bhima Chandel meanwhile took control of the vehicle and started it. As he pushed accelerator strongly, the car went uncontrolled and crushed a person sleeping on platform.
Police said, the victim by his appearance, cloths and possessions was not looking like a passenger. DeshGujarat
