Vadodara: A video went viral on Monday showing a large crocodile attacking a stray dog on the banks of the Vishwamitri.
Filmed in either Pratapgunj, the footage shows a stray dog resting on the riverbank, unaware of the crocodile approaching stealthily from the water. Without warning, the crocodile lunged, seizing the dog in its jaws and dragging it into the river within moments.
The Vishwamitri River, home to approximately 400 crocodiles, often sees these reptiles either lounging on the banks or swimming in the water. Many passers-by on the river’s bridges frequently stop to catch a glimpse of them. DeshGujarat
