Several trains canceled, regulated due to rising water between Gothangam and Sayan in Vadodara division

Vadodara: Due to water rising up to the girder bottom of Bridge No. 471 between Gothangam and Sayan in the Vadodara Division, train movement over this section was suspended until the water receded. Later, the downline track between Gothangam and Sayan was declared fit for train movement at 12:25 PM, and trains have resumed operations at a speed of 10 km/h.

The following trains have been fully canceled:

– Train No. 09158 Bharuch – Surat MEMU Spl. of 24.07.2024

– Train No. 09300 Anand – Bharuch MEMU Spl. of 24.07.2024

– Train No. 09299 Bharuch – Anand MEMU Spl. of 25.07.2024

– Train No. 09162 Vadodara – Valsad Exp. Spl. of 24.07.2024

– Train No. 09082 Bharuch – Surat MEMU has been canceled.

– Train No. 09080 Vadodara – Bharuch MEMU has been short-terminated at Palej.

Due to the same issue, the following trains have been regulated:
