Ahmedabad: The SG Highway connecting the city with the state capital of Gandhinagar is one of the busiest roads, making it difficult for pedestrians to cross. To address this issue, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) will construct five foot overbridges on the SG Highway between Iskcon Crossroads and Vaishnodevi Circle.

The city civic body will incur an estimated cost of Rs. 20 crore for building these five overbridges, which will be located near Nirma University, Gota, Thaltej, The Grand Bhagwati Hotel, and Rajpath Club. DeshGujarat
