SRFDCL invites proposals for mixed-use commercial development rights on two plots on Sabarmati Riverfront

Ahmedabad: Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Letd(SRFDCL) has invted the Request for Proposal (RFP) for development of two land parcels on the Riverfront for mixed commercial use. The RFP is available starting September 13, 2024, with the submission deadline set for October 15, 2024, until 4:00 PM.
The Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Limited (SRFDCL) announced today that it is now inviting Developers & Institutions to seize a new development opportunity for two land parcels for Mixed-Use Commercial Development:
1. WGN-05: Located behind Vallabh Sadan, near the metro bridge on the west bank. Base Price for Development Rights: Rs. 23,676/-, Maximum Permissible Built-up Area: 60,050 sq. mtr., Footprint area: 4420 sq. mtr.
and 2. EGN-01: Situated behind Lemon Tree Hotel on the east bank. Base Price for Development Rights: Rs. 20,833/-, Maximum Permissible Built-up Area: 41,385 sq. mtr., Footprint area: 3045 sq. mtr.
SRFDCL has in a note assured Single Window Clearance: Simplified approvals for efficient development and well-defined payment plans and clear construction timelines, volumetric development.
SRFDCL has also stated that there is an aspiration to host Olympic in Phase II of Sabarmati Riverfront, monumental investment and development are envisaged. The development of Phase III of the Sabarmati Riverfront is set to commence shortly. DeshGujarat
