Vadodara: Vadodara Municipal Corporation’s (VMC) Bridge Cell will be carrying out the work on the new flyover bridge at the Vasna Road (near Petrol Pump) junction commencing from 02-12-2024 that will continue for two years, or until the construction of the new Raneshwar Chowk bridge is completed. During this period no heavy vehicles will be allowed from Manisha Circle to Raneshwar Chowk.

The alternative route for heavy vehicles will be from Manisha Circle to Yoga Circle, then turning left, passing through Maharana Pratap Circle, Navin Court Road, and turning left at Iskcon Circle. From there, vehicles will proceed to Raneshwar Chowk, take a left turn at JP Road Police Station Chowk, continue to Rajvi Tower, take another left at the three-way junction, and proceed via Atal Bridge to their destination.

During the work, two-wheeler and light motor vehicles will be able to move from Manisha Circle towards Vasna starting from the Go Colors shop near the Taksh Complex, passing through Vasna D-Mart Circle, and continuing past Raneshwar Mandir to Dwarakesh Party Plot over a stretch of 795.00 meters flyover alignment.

Additionally, there will be alternative routes for two-wheelers and light motor vehicles which are:

To travel from Manisha Circle to Raneshwar Chowk: From Manisha Circle, proceed straight to Shobhananagar-02, then turn left at Diwali Pura Guest House, pass through Diwali Pura Junction, head towards D-Mart, and continue towards Ward No. 11 Office (Iskcon Circle). From there, head to the Khodiyar Dairy, then proceed via New Vasna Road, H.L. Party Plot, and the 24-meter main road, passing Trinity Complex to reach Vasna.

To travel from Raneshwar Chowk to Manisha Circle: From Raneshwar Chowk, head towards Manisha Circle via Sabari Vidyalay (turn left), then turn right at Rituraj Complex. Continue towards Manisha Circle, take a right turn at Aditya Complex Junction, proceed through Irfan Pathan’s bungalow road, pass Basera Complex’s inner road, and continue via Faiz School, take a right turn at Right Way School traffic rasta, and proceed towards Kalyan Party Plot to reach the destination.

The notice has been published by the Honorable Police Commissioner (City). The public is requested to cooperate and follow the traffic diversion instructions to facilitate the ongoing work.
