AMTS launches Maninagar-Akshardham bus service

Ahmedabad: Starting today, the Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) run Ahmedabad Municipal Transport Service (AMTS) has launched a bus service from Maninagar in the city to Akshardham Temple in the state capital, Gandhinagar. These new express buses will run on route 102 of AMTS. Two buses will operate between the two locations, making 16 trips daily. The ticket price has been set at ₹40, and as of now, no free passes, connection passes, or preferred tickets will be valid on this bus.
The bus will commence its journey from Maninagar bus terminal and travel via Lal Darwaza, Delhi Darwaza, Shahibagh Underbridge, Subhash Bridge Circle (RTO), Visat Circle, Tapovan Circle (S.P. Ring Road), Koba Circle, P.D.P.U. Cross Road, Raksha Shakti Circle, Ch-Road Indroda Circle, Ch-3 Circle (Sector-11), Vidhan Sabha, Udyog Bhavan Cross Road, and Old Secretariat before reaching Akshardham Swaminarayan Temple in Gandhinagar.
