Miscreants attack police patrol team in Ranip

Ahmedabad: A group of five men attacked a police patrol team near Balolnagar Crossroads in Ranip on Wednesday night after being asked to disperse for causing a disturbance.
Head constable Udaybhan Laxmikant stated that the group was standing outside a pan shop near Nilkanth Mahadev Temple, talking loudly. When the police asked them to leave, they initially complied but later returned in a white car without a registration plate. One of the men then struck the windshield of the police vehicle with a knife before the group quickly fled towards Balolnagar Bridge. DeshGujarat
