Vande Bharat Express to halt at Anand station on trial basis from March 23

Anand: For the convenience of passengers, an additional stoppage is being provided at Anand station for the Train No. 20901/20902 Mumbai Central – Gandhinagar Capital Vande Bharat Express on an experimental basis, effective from March 23, 2025, Western Railway announced today.
It is pertinent to mention that due to this additional halt at Anand station, there will be changes in the timings of Train No. 20902 at Mumbai Central and Ahmedabad stations.
According to a press release issued by Western Railway’s Chief Public Relations Officer, Vineet Abhishek, from March 23, 2025, Train No. 20901 Mumbai Central – Gandhinagar Capital Vande Bharat Express will arrive at Anand station at 10:38 hrs and depart at 10:40 hrs. There will be no changes in the timings at other stations.
In the return direction, Train No. 20902 Gandhinagar Capital – Mumbai Central Vande Bharat Express will arrive at Anand station at 15:30 hrs and depart at 15:32 hrs. Due to the additional halt, the timings at Ahmedabad station have been revised. The train will now arrive/depart Ahmedabad station at 14:45/14:55 hrs instead of 14:50/15:00 hrs. Additionally, the train will arrive at Mumbai Central station at 20:30 hrs instead of 20:25 hrs.
