Maximum temperature crosses 40°C in Ahmedabad, Baroda; Rajkot hottest at 41°C

Ahmedabad: Summer heat intensifies in Gujarat as multiple cities recorded temperatures above 40°C on Sunday. Rajkot was the hottest at 41°C, while Ahmedabad and Baroda reported 40°C and 40.2°C, respectively.
Other cities experiencing soaring temperatures include Bhuj (40.6°C), Amreli (40.4°C), and Gandhinagar (40°C). Meanwhile, Discomfort conditions due to hot & humid air very likely to prevail over the coastal areas of South Gujarat region and Saurashtra-Kutch today i.e 25-03-2025 as stated by the IMD forecast.
