March 27, 2025
Surat: The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority under the Ministry of Railways, has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) through e-tender for the commercial development of the East Side of Surat Railway Station.
The development site, located at the East Side of Surat Railway Station, offers a substantial built-up area of 67,020 square meters. The project benefits from its strategic location in the Surat Central Business District (CBD), providing direct access from the Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP) building and an elevated road. Furthermore, the site is conveniently accessible via multiple public transportation modes, including metro, bus, and rail, enhancing its appeal for commercial ventures.
The RLDA is targeting developers interested in creating a vibrant commercial hub, including transit retail, commercial spaces, and hospitality services. The ample parking space provided by the MLCP is a significant advantage for potential tenants and visitors.
Interested developers can download the e-bid document until April 7, 2025, at 14:00 hrs. The last date for online submission of e-bids is also April 7, 2025, at 15:00 hrs. DeshGujarat
