Anant Ambani undertakes Pad Yatra to Dwarka ahead of his 30th birthday

Mumbai: Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Mukesh and Nita Ambani, has set out on a spiritual Pad Yatra to Dwarka, the revered city of Lord Krishna, ahead of his 30th birthday. Known for his deep faith, Anant began his padyatra (foot pilgrimage) from Reliance Industries Township in Jamnagar on March 27, 2025. As of today, he has covered 24 kilometers.

The 141-kilometer journey is expected to take 12-13 days, with Anant walking 12-15 kilometers daily. He is expected to reach Dwarka on April 8, 2025, and will celebrate his 30th birthday on April 10 with prayers and offerings at the Dwarkadhish Temple.

Accompanied by Z-plus security, Anant covers 10-15 kilometers daily. At the end of each day’s journey, he returns to Reliance Township and resumes his walk from the same point the next day. On the first day, he walked from Reliance Township to Hotel Shyam-Way near Nyara Company before returning. On the second day, he resumed his journey at 3:30 AM, reaching Khambhaliya by 8 AM, before heading back to Reliance Township.

Anant is joined by Brahmins and close friends on this spiritual journey. Along the way, he interacts with devotees, takes selfies, and chants “Jai Dwarkadhish”. People from Jamnagar and nearby areas are eagerly waiting to catch a glimpse of him. This could be the first time in history that a member of a major industrialist family is undertaking such a padayatra. The Ambani family, known for its deep devotion to Lord Dwarkadhish, has previously visited Dwarka and recently took a holy dip at the Maha Kumbh.
