Gandhinagar: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) is in the final stages of preparing the results for the Class 10 and 12 board examinations conducted across the state. It is learnt that the result for the Class 12 Science stream may be announced after April 15, while the result for the General stream is likely to be declared in the last week of April.

As for the Class 10 results, they are expected to be announced in May. While the board has not yet confirmed any specific dates, it is customary for the Class 12 results to be released first to facilitate college admission processes that begin in June.

This year, a total of 14.28 lakh students appeared for the board examinations, which began on February 27. Of these, over 8.92 lakh students appeared for the Class 10 exams, while 4.23 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 General stream and 1.11 lakh students for the Science stream.

The Gujarat Board is currently working on finalizing the results, and an official announcement regarding the dates is expected soon. DeshGujarat
