Talala town BJP president arrested

Talala: BJP’s Talala city president, Sunil Gangdev, has been arrested for allegedly creating a public disturbance in an intoxicated state. The incident occurred near Shyam Villa Apartment, where Gangdev, reportedly under the influence of alcohol, hurled abuses at local children.
When residents objected to his behavior, Gangdev (40) allegedly attacked them with a bat. He also reportedly misbehaved with the police officers who arrived at the scene. The police have booked him under Sections 115(2), 352, and 352(3) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, Section 135 of the Gujarat Police Act, and other relevant sections of the Prohibition Act.
