Chaos in Avadh Express’s Reserved Coach; ‘No Help from Railways’

Surat: A large number of people entered into reserved coaches of Avadh Express train from Surat railway station and created chaos. A youth of Vadodara who lodged complaint on Rail Madad App didn’t get any help.
A youth from Manjalpur area of Vadodara Nikhil Kalgudi was returning from Mumbai in Avadh Express with his family. He was in S4 reserved coach. The train arrived at Surat railway station at 2 am. A large number of passengers entered unauthorized in the coach and started sleeping on the floor of the coach. They placed their luggage on seats including the seats on which Nikhil, his wife and son were sleeping. Some unauthorized passengers also occupied seats in this reserved coach. When opposed by passengers, they started issuing threats and challenged for fight.
When Nilesh complained about this on Rail Madad App, he was told by ticket checker and railway protection force staffers that it is common thing to happen with this train. DeshGujarat
