Surat: With effect from 1st July, Air India Express’s flights connecting Surat to Chennai, Hyderabad and Goa will halt services. The morning flight from Chennai to Surat was travelling to Bangkok, while the morning flight from Hyderabad to Surat would further travel to Dubai. However with suspension of these flights, the Air India Express has started daily morning flight to Delhi which would further offer connectivity to Dubai and Bangkok. In another development, a new flight has been introduced on Bengaluru – Surat route starting from last Sunday. The flight to Jaipur from Surat by Indigo airlines which was suspended due to ongoing runway work in Jaipur is expected to be relaunched from 1st July. DeshGujarat
