Western Railway extends trips of four weekly special trains passing via Gujarat

Ahmedabad: For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand, Western Railway has extended the trips of four pairs of Weekly Special trains.

According to a press release issued by Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, Vineet Abhishek, details of the trains are as under:

Train No. 09075/09076 Mumbai Central – Kathgodam Special

Train No. 09075 Mumbai Central – Kathgodam Special has been extended up to 24th September, 2025. Similarly, Train No. 09076 Kathgodam – Mumbai Central Special has been extended up to 25th September, 2025.

There will be no trips of Train No. 09075 on 20.08.2025, 27.08.2025 & 03.09.2025 for journey commencing from Mumbai Central.

There will be no trips of Train No. 09076 on 21.08.2025, 28.08.2025 & 04.09.2025 for journey commencing from Kathgodam.

Train No. 09185/09186 Mumbai Central – Kanpur Anwarganj Special

Train No. 09185 Mumbai Central – Kanpur Anwarganj Special has been extended up to 28th September, 2025. Similarly, Train No. 09186 Anwarganj – Mumbai Central Special has been extended up to 29th September, 2025.

There will be no trips of Train No. 09185 on 24.08.2025, 31.08.2025 & 07.09.2025 for journey commencing from Mumbai Central.
There will be no trips of Train No. 09186 on 25.08.2025, 01.09.2025 & 08.09.2025 for journey commencing from Kanpur Anwarganj.

Train No. 09117/09118 Udhna – Subedarganj Special

Train No. 09117 Udhna – Subedarganj Special has been extended up to 26th September, 2025. Similarly, Train No. 09118 Subedarganj – Udhna Special has been extended up to 27th September, 2025.

Train No. 09039/09040 Udhna – Dhanbad Special

Train No. 09039/09040 Udhna – Gaya Special has now been extended to run up to Dhanbad instead of Gaya.

Train No. 09039 Udhna – Dhanbad Special has been extended up to 26th September, 2025. Similarly, Train No. 09040 Dhanbad – Udhna Special has been extended up to 28th September, 2025.

En route, this train will halt at Chalthan, Bardoli, Nandurbar, Amalner, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Mirzapur, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, Sasaram, Dehri on Sone, Gaya, Koderma, Hazaribagh Road, Parasnath, and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Gomoh stations in both directions.

The booking for extended trips of Train Nos. 09075, 09185, 09117 & 09039 opens from 1st July, 2025 at PRS counters and on the IRCTC website. For detailed information regarding timings of halts and composition, passengers may please visit www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in.
