Ahmedabad – The Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has today announced that from Monday, July 14, 2025, travel passes for the Janmarg Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS) will be made available at six designated Ahmedabad Municipal Transport Service (AMTS) terminus locations. These include Naroda Gam, Bhakti Circle, Maninagar, Sarthi, Nava Vadaj, and Vasna.

The passes will be available to students, senior citizens, and general passengers opting for two-month or three-month passes. Senior citizen applicants can also obtain their passes at three additional locations: the AMTS terminus counters at Sarangpur and Juna Vadaj, and the AMTS pass centre at Khanpur.

According to AMC, the new passes will be issued upon payment of a ₹75 card fee along with the applicable category-wise fare. Applicants must complete a form, provide valid identification, and be photographed at the centres during working hours from 8:15 am to 3:00 pm. A recess will be observed from 12:00 noon to 12:30 pm.
