BSF apprehends 17-year-old Pakistani infiltrator off Gujarat coast

Kutch: A Pakistani infiltrator was apprehended along with a fishing boat near the Sir Creek coastal area in Lakhpat taluka. The individual, around 17 years of age, was intercepted by the Border Security Force (BSF) while attempting to cross into Indian maritime territory.
According to officials, the BSF, during routine patrolling, spotted the boat and detained the youth. He was subsequently handed over to the Narayan Sarovar Police for further action. Preliminary investigations identified the infiltrator as a resident of Sujawal, Pakistan. A search of both the boat and the individual yielded no suspicious items.
The Pakistani national is currently in the custody of Narayan Sarovar Police. Security agencies are expected to question him further. The Police Inspector of Narayan Sarovar confirmed that the individual was brought in by the BSF and that further legal procedures are underway. DeshGujarat
