Jain Resource Recycling Limited’s ₹12,500 million IPO to open on Sept 24

Ahmedabad: Jain Resource Recycling Limited will open its bid/offer in relation to its initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, the company announced today.
As per an official release, “The total offer size of equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each, aggregating up to ₹1,250 crore, comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹500 crore and an offer for sale of equity shares aggregating up to ₹750 crore. The offer for sale comprises up to ₹715 crore by Kamlesh Jain and up to ₹35 crore by Mayank Pareek. The price band for the offer is ₹220 to ₹232 per equity share.”
“The anchor investor bidding date shall be Tuesday, September 23, 2025. The bid/offer will close on Friday, September 26, 2025. Bids can be made for a minimum of 64 equity shares of face value ₹2 each and in multiples of 64 equity shares thereafter. The company proposes to utilize the net proceeds from the fresh issue towards (i) pre-payment or scheduled repayment of a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company, estimated to be ₹375 crore, and the balance towards (ii) general corporate purposes,” the press release added.
The equity shares are being offered through the Red Herring Prospectus of the company dated September 18, 2025, filed with the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu & Andaman at Chennai.
The equity shares offered through this Red Herring Prospectus are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited.
DAM Capital Advisors Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, and PL Capital Markets Private Limited are the book running lead managers to the offer. DeshGujarat
