GMRC extends timing of Ahmedabad – Gandhinagar Metro rail service during Navratri

Ahmedabad: The Metro train services in Ahmedabad, which normally operate from 6:20 am to 10:00 pm, will be extended during the Navratri festival. From September 26 to October 1, 2025, metro trains will run late into the night to facilitate travel for revellers, the Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Ltd announced today. During extended hours of metro operations, only special paper ticket of Rs.50 will be valid for metro journey. The special paper ticket will be available at all metro stations and will be used for single journey only.

Last train departure time will be 02:00 hrs midnight in Ahmedabad from terminal stations Thaltej Gam, Vastral Gam, Koteshwar Road and APMC.
For Gandhinagar, last train departure time will be 02.00 hrs from Motera Stadium to Sector-1 and 01:00 hrs from Sector-1 to Motera Stadium. DeshGujarat
